Fees

Since 1.10.2013 the SCI uses the Linux version of Papercut as print management software. Via the Papercut web frontend (Linux account data) you can get an overview of your print jobs and your current credit balance. Your credit from the previous system has already been transferred to Papercut

The printing costs are (since 1.10.2013):

Account management

1.) The account balance results from the sum of the cash deposits and the credits.
   
2.) Credits
a) Each account is credited with a starting balance of 150 cent (1.50 EUR) when it is set up
b) At the turn of the month each account will be credited with 150 Cent (1,50 EUR).
c) The credits are saturated at 450 Cent (4.50 EUR), i.e. they cannot exceed this value.
  (Note: amounts paid in cash are not affected.
   
3.) Cash deposits
a) Amounts can be paid into the print account in cash. Cash deposits are only made in whole EUR amounts.
b) Cash deposits can be refunded at any time.
  (Credits are not paid out).
   
4.) Printing and account inquiry
a) The printing costs are charged directly to the account after the execution of print jobs. The credits are always consumed first.
b) If the credit balance is no longer sufficient for the current print job, it will not be printed. A corresponding message on the screen and a notification by e-mail will alert you to this. Reduce the number of pages or deposit the missing amount see 3.a).
c) Via the Papercut webfrontend you can always check your current balance.
